These issues destroy your confidence but they can be healed with the right approach and guidance. I teach you how your body actually works and how to reconnect with sensation and pleasure. Nothing sexual everything educational and healing. What's included: * 30-minute phone consultation (discuss your specific situation) * 90-minute hands-on educational session (in-person, Adelaide only) * Comprehensive guide with practices you can do at home (yours to keep) * 30-minute follow-up call (check progress, answer questions) What you'll learn: * How to reconnect with sensation in your body (especially your yoni) * Techniques to reduce shame and stay present during intimacy * How to understand your arousal (not just your partner's) * Practical tools you can use immediately This is one-way touch, educational bodywork not an erotic massage or sexual services. With years of experience in somatic bodywork, I'll help you reconnect with your body faster than you think. Follow-up sessions: $300 (90 min) - for ongoing healing work Fully certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator. This is not a sexual service. Practitioner is fully dressed at all times. Safe, respectful, judgment-free environment. Please don't embarrass yourself by asking for extras. I'm here to help and educate.
