About the Event

There lies a tremendous amount of confusion around communication about creating truth satisfaction within relationships — what it is and how do we get it?

I teach singles and couples how to have open, honest and uncomfortable yet important conversations so that both people feel heard and appreciated. They will then feel safe and have the courage to ask for what they need, want and desire to deepen the sexual connection.

This event will shed light on troublesome and confusing interactions and clears them up, and this simple diagram will give you an understanding of how to relate and with integrity.

Many people have found this workshop to be life-changing. The event brings clarity, ease, freedom, gratitude, and generosity in all your interactions.

The main problems in intimate relationships are:

  • Being nice and polite or laid back and easy going;
  • Expecting your partner to know what you want;
  • Not being appreciated;
  • Not understanding how resentment sneaks into relationships;

Using the framework taught in this workshop, we will map the landscape of creating a beautiful connection where both people feel heard, understood and appreciated. I will also teach you the magic behind asking for what you want, getting the touch you desire, and distinguishing the difference between sensual and erotic touch/interactions.

When you can create safety, you will have the courage to ask for what you need to deepen your sexual connection.

  • Learn how to trust both your boundaries and your desires;
  • Gain greater fluency in asking for what you genuinely want from others;
  • Identify common reasons why people can't ask for what they want (including habitual patterns, held religious trauma, institutionalized systems of oppression and power);
  • And, ultimate gain access to more choices for yourselves in your body and your relationships.

This event is a clothes-on workshop, and participation in any of the somatic practices is entirely optional. Single and couples welcome, and you can attend solo.

What people have said...

"This workshop gave me so much insight into myself and how I show up in my relationship, I truly couldn’t recommend it enough! Wala is a fantastic instructor and has so much knowledge to share, her workshops will answer questions you didn’t even know you had!"

"Not knowing what to expect is a great way to go in to something new. Learning about communication, expressing yourself clearly, asking for what you want and giving and receiving. Wala is so passionate about creating a place people can talk and ask questions, and she does so in a fun, safe way.  Then go have great sex, and get exactly what you asked for. "
